Our approach

We build it in layers,
then prove each one.

Distributed pieces of working software spin up, converge, and resolve into one system that runs your real workflows.

Our approach

A proven path from broken workflow to working system

Map

Get a clear picture of your operation — your stack, your tools, your workflows — pinpointing where manual work piles up and where AI creates the most leverage.

  • A written audit of your workflows, tools, and where manual work piles up
  • A ranked view of where AI creates the most leverage in your operation
  • A pilot scope with success metrics agreed before any build starts

Working together

Three things that make it work.

01

Real workflows, real data

Access to the tools and workflows the system will run against — that's what it learns from.

02

A point person

Someone who knows the operation and can make decisions without a committee.

03

A few hours a week

Stakeholder time for reviews and sign-off, so nothing drifts between sessions.

Engagements start with a paid pilot, scoped together on an intro call. You see working software against your own cases before anything expands — and each phase only grows once the results hold up.

FAQ

Common questions

Where does our data go, and is it kept confidential?

Your data stays inside your own stack, in your own accounts, under your control. We build inside the tools and infrastructure you already own, and Amtec never trains shared models on client data — nothing from your engagement feeds a product someone else uses.

Who owns the code and systems you build?

You do. Everything we build — the code, the system, the documentation — is handed over and owned by your business outright, with no ongoing licence from us and no dependency on Amtec to keep what you own running.

What happens if the pilot doesn't work?

Then it doesn't scale, and you haven't bet the business finding out. Every engagement starts as a small pilot that's pressure-tested against real cases and real metrics before anything wider is built — no long lock-in, no platform commitment made on a hunch.

Do your systems replace our staff?

No — the systems take over the repetitive work, and your people stay in the loop for everything that matters. They prepare drafts, route approvals, and run the coordination in the background, so the team's time goes to judgement and customers instead of re-keying.

What does an engagement cost, and how do we start?

Pricing is scoped per engagement on an intro call — it depends on your stack and how much of the workflow we're rebuilding. Book an intro call below and we'll map the scope together, or email admin@amtecadvisory.com if you'd rather start there.
