The challenge
Every Glow Saunas order moves through suppliers, freight, and installation before it reaches a customer. Each handoff in that chain was tracked and chased by hand — coordination that consumed around forty hours of the team's week and stretched lead times with every missed follow-up.
What we built
We mapped the full order, supplier, shipping, and installation workflow end to end, then rebuilt it as a custom CRM powered by workflow agents.
Connected to Shopify, Outlook, and a central database, the system tracks every order, manages handoffs between suppliers and installers, and executes follow-ups in the background — without anyone needing to push it along.
The outcome
The engine now runs the workflow itself. Around forty hours of manual work have been removed from every week, and average order lead times have come down by five days.
