This Cookie Notice explains how AMTEC ADVISORY PTY LTD (Amtec) uses cookies on https://www.amtecadvisory.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
We keep this short because our website does not use many cookies. We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, social-media trackers or session-recording tools, and we do not sell or share visitor data with advertising networks.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on a device when a website is visited. Some are set by Amtec and others are set by third-party providers whose tools are embedded in our pages.
2. What we use
- Google Analytics, for understanding how many people visit the website, which pages they read and where they arrived from. This sets first-party cookies that expire after up to two years; and
- Cal.com, the scheduling tool embedded on our booking pages, which sets its own cookies so that the booking flow works.
Our hosting and content-delivery provider, Vercel, also processes standard server logs, including IP addresses, in order to serve and protect the website.
That is the full list as at the effective date of this notice. If we add analytics or advertising technologies later, we will update this notice.
3. Your choices
We do not display a cookie consent banner. Australian law does not require consent for the technologies described above, and adding a banner would not give you any control that your browser does not already provide.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking them may affect the booking flow and remembered preferences, but the rest of the website will work normally.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by using your browser's tracking-protection controls.
4. Retention
Some cookies expire when the browser closes and others remain for a period set by the relevant provider. Retention periods depend on purpose and provider configuration and may change.
5. Personal information and overseas processing
Online identifiers may constitute personal information when they identify or can reasonably identify an individual. Google, Cal.com and Vercel process this information outside Australia, primarily in the United States. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including overseas processing by technology providers.
6. Updates and contact
We may update this notice when our website or technologies change. Questions may be sent to admin@amtecadvisory.com.
