Amtec Advisory is a Melbourne consultancy that designs and builds custom AI systems — workflow agents, custom CRMs, and full operating platforms — for Australian businesses. Founded in 2025 by Benjamin Saddik, we take AI past the pilot stage: into production, inside real workflows, proven with real metrics.

Every engagement starts with the workflow as it actually happens — where the hours go, which handoffs fail, which tools don't talk to each other. We map what's broken across your stack before anything gets built.

Then we build the fix: a custom CRM, an operations agent, an inventory platform, a full operating system — wired into your existing stack, with approval workflows that keep people in control of anything client-facing.
