The challenge
EVAL Agencies had run for decades on staff memory, spreadsheets, Xero, and manual warehouse processes. Stock, purchasing, orders, and reporting lived in different places — and an estimated one hundred hours a week went to manual admin just keeping it all moving.
What we built
We rebuilt the inventory operation from the ground up into one central system for stock, purchasing, orders, warehouse activity, and reporting.
The platform includes dedicated warehouse and admin views, barcode scanning, Xero integration, Excel workflows, and email automation — plus an AI assistant trained on historical business data that can draft reorder actions based on past ordering patterns.
The outcome
Staff search stock instantly. Management sees live performance. A twenty-person warehouse team works on a modern operating layer with improved reorder accuracy — and an estimated one hundred hours of manual admin have been removed from every week.
